We want the design process at Pink Piggy to be fun and creative as well very organized and completed in a timely manner. First we begin the process with a complementary consultation. During the consultation we will discuss all the different design aspects and possibilities for your invitation or announcement. You can look through many samples, color swatches, shapes and sizes, ribbons etc. This is a great time to really get to know the Pink Piggy designer and what you can expect from our services.

Once you and the designer have come up with some design ideas, a product package will be put together with different pricing options. After a price is agreed upon then we will ask that you sign a contract to ensure that both parties are satisfied and have agreed to complete the requested services. A deposit of one-third the total price will also be due when the contract is signed. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.

After the contract is signed and the deposit has been made, Pink Piggy will begin the design process and come up with 3-4 different mock-ups using the ideas that were discussed during the consultation. We will then present the mock-ups to you, and along with your family and friends you can decide which one fits you the best. Once you have picked the perfect design and all final corrections have been made, we will provide you with a final proof of your design. Then we ask that you look over everything very carefully to make sure all the details are correct. Once the final proof has been agreed upon and an additional one-third payment has been made, your design will be sent to our printing press.

Allow about two weeks for your invitation or announcement to be printed and all other accessories to be complete. Once they are done we will contact you and arrange for delivery. The remaining balance on your contract is due at this time. Ask us about additional services, which include assembling, address labeling, stamping, and mailing to help eliminate some of the stress and time!

Please allow a total of 4-6 weeks for the entire process time to be completed before you would like to send out your invitations or announcements. The process time may take less than 4-6 weeks, but we recommend you scheduling that time to ensure that everything gets completed in time. If you need a faster turn around time please talk to us and we will see what we can do!
